Sharing an assistant with your team
Put an assistant in a team so colleagues can work on it, and how invitations work.
An assistant normally belongs to the person who made it. A team lets more than one person build, try and publish the same assistant — for when the person who set up the assistant is not the only person who should be able to fix it at 8pm on a Saturday.
Teams live in your account, not in an individual assistant.
Two roles

Whoever creates a team is its first owner. A team holds up to 25 people.
Inviting someone
An owner creates an invitation and gets a link.
An invitation lasts seven days and can be used once. Whoever opens the link sees which team they are being invited to and who invited them, before they accept and before they sign in. An owner can revoke an invitation before it is used.
Sharing an assistant
Add an assistant to a team and every member of that team can work on it. Remove it again and it goes back to being personal.
An assistant never forgets who made it. Moving it into a team is about who can work on it, not about giving it away — and if the team is deleted, the assistant returns to the person who made it rather than disappearing with the team.
Deleting a shared assistant is the exception: that takes either the person who made it or one of the team’s owners.
