Try it before anyone else does

The preview is a real conversation with your assistant, in private. It is available as soon as your assistant knows what it is for and has at least one job — you do not have to finish everything first.

What the preview is

It runs your draft: the version you are editing right now, including the change you made a minute ago. Everywhere your assistant is actually published keeps running the last version you published, untouched, until you publish again.

The preview is safe to use freely:

• Details it collects in the preview are not saved to your Collected list. It will tell you so.
• A preview conversation does not raise a notification, even if your assistant asks for a human.
• Nothing about it reaches your customers.

What to test

Test the questions you would hate to get wrong.

• The three or four things people genuinely ask every day.
• A question you have deliberately not answered — does it hand over to you, or does it guess?
• Something outside your business entirely. It should decline, not improvise.
• A question that needs a document, to confirm it actually goes looking.
• If it collects details: walk through the whole thing, including changing your mind halfway.

Reading the replies

Underneath each reply Toldo notes what your assistant did that turn — searched your documents, saved details, read a web page, asked for a human, used one of your actions. If an answer surprises you, that note usually explains it: it searched and found nothing, or it never searched at all because the question did not look like it needed to.

When it gets something wrong

Say so in the builder conversation. “That’s not right — we close at 6 on Sundays.” The facts get corrected, and you can try again straight away. You do not have to start over, and you are not editing anything your customers can see.
